How can I make sure that you are a legitimate seller and I am dealing with the right company?

I am from Metro Manila area will I receive it same day?

Yes. You will receive your order same day or the next day depending on the bulk of orders that TechTok Philippines is processing during the time that you ordered from us.  TechTok Philippines will advise you on the exact date of delivery together with the shipping tacking number.

I am located outside of Metro Manila, how do I order?

We ship daily in batches every 5pm via LBC, 2GO,  JRS and Xend for clients outside Metro Manila (provinces). We ask our customers if they wanted courier store pickup or door to door delivery. You may pay via bank deposit (BDO,BPI,UnionBank), credit card, Paypal, GCash, Pera Padala in LBC, M Lhuillier, Cebuana and Palawan Pawnshop nationwide. It usually takes 2-3 days from Manila to province.

What is your warranty?

We provided our customers 7 days easy replacement and refund if the watch has factory defects and 3 months warranty for all the parts of the watch. We in TechTok Philippines also provided lifetime technical service for your watch technical needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (for Metro Manila based customers only). Just text us or order through our website with your product name and delivery address. Meet ups in malls also possible.  P150 handling applies for Cash on Delivery.


FOR BANK DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
 Just visit any BDO or BPI branch nearest you. Deposit the payment to our current accounts, bank accounts will show when you order in our website or text us in 09778338079 and visit our TechTok Facebook page  for more details .


CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS 

We accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, etc. thru our Paypal secured payment gateway. This credit card payment online is securely redirected and processed in Paypal website. Once payment is completed you will be redirected back to this site.


PERA PADALA PAYMENTS

For Pera Padala payments just visit any LBC, M Lhuillier, Cebuana and Palawan Pawnshop branch and send your payment to TechTok Philippines Owner <Text TechTok PH at 09778338079 for the Name of Receiver>. Then text us tracking no. or control no.(its the series of numbers found beneath the barcode in the upper left corner of your LBC (or other payment center) receipt, the amount remitted, the shipping address, and the exact product name of item ordered. We will verify and claim the payment the following day and process your order to ship in the next 5pm batch. Please don’t forget to add 150 pesos for LBC, 2GO,  JRS or Xend shipping fee to the item price if order is outside Metro Manila. We will not process orders without shipping fee or without payment received first.
