If 7 days have gone refund or exchange will no longer be applicable but warranty service will apply and our technical team would be happy to assist all your needs to make the watch fully functional.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to your bank account, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
